1) Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Portia M USA products are imported from Africa and fulfilled by our U.S. based center.

2) Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Orders placed after 12 pm Eastern Time are processed the next business day. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

3) Shipping Timeline (U.S.)

In-stock items: typically 2 to 5 business days after dispatch

Backorders: may take up to 21 days to arrive

Pre-orders: estimated dispatch window, 4 to 6 weeks. The window begins on the latter of the official release date or our restocking date.

If your cart includes both in-stock items and backorder or pre-order items, the order will ship together when all items are available. To split shipments, email support before your order ships. Additional shipping charges may apply.

4) Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Available service levels and estimates will be shown during checkout.

5) Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.

6) Delays and Exceptions

We are not liable for courier delays, weather disruptions, or other events outside our control. Because our products are imported, inbound inventory may be affected by international shipping or customs clearance, which can impact backorder and pre-order timelines. If your shipment or estimated window is impacted, we will do our best to keep you informed.

7) Address Accuracy and Changes

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment begins. Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer may require additional shipping fees to reship.

8) Risk of Loss and Title

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is transferred to the carrier. If tracking shows delivered, but you did not receive the package, contact the carrier to open a claim, then email us with the claim number so we can assist.

9) Undeliverable, Refused, or Returned Packages

Packages that are refused or returned as undeliverable may incur return shipping and reshipment fees. We can reship after address confirmation and payment of any additional charges.

10) P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO

Some carriers and service levels are limited to P.O. Boxes and APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Transit times may be longer.

11) High-Value Orders

We may require signature confirmation for high-value or high-risk shipments. If you request removal of signature confirmation, you accept all risk after the first delivery attempt.

12) Holiday and Peak Season

During peak periods such as November and December, processing and transit times may extend beyond typical estimates. We recommend ordering early.

13) Returns and Refunds

Shipping is governed by this policy. Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled under our Returns and Refunds Policy. Shipping fees are not refundable unless required by law.
